VLT Roller Brake Testers for medium weight vehicles

ROLLER BRAKE TESTERS VLT4233-G6 / VLT5233-G6

The VLT4233-G6 and VLT5233-G6 are roller brake testers with a drive-over weight of 5000 and 6000 kg. The max. axle test weight is 4000 and 5000 kg. The test width is 730 x 2450 mm, or 880 x 2600 mm. This makes these brake testers very suitable for testing light and medium weight commercial vehicles, even with twin wheels. An axle weighing system is standard, as are a roller locking device, 4x4 testing, and applied test possibility.

The electric motors and gearboxes are integrated inside the rollers. An axle lift is available for the models with test width 880 x 2600 mm. This is very useful for testing tandem axle caravans and towtrailers.
