Same as VLT-HBT7457L, but with rail kit VLTBIF7457121. This consists of a steel base, 4 steel wheels and 4.5 m of steel V-rails. The V-rail can also be installed level with the floor by using subframe VLTBIF7457221.

Same as VLT-HBT7457L+R, but for left driving traffic.
