The (semi-)automatic VLT headlight beam testers use a ccd camera to capture the light beam. They are typically used in autmated test lanes.

VLT-HBT7497U+R

Same as VLT-HBT7497U, but with rail kit VLTBIF7457121. This consists of a steel base, 4 steel wheels and 4.5 m of steel V-rails. The V-rail can also be installed level with the floor by using subframe VLTBIF7457221.

VLT-HBT0936MK3/TL

The VLT-HBT0936MK3/TL is a fully automatic robot type headlight beam tester. Itis especially designed for VLT fully integrated inspection lanes and works completely autonomous. The tester is controlled by the test lane software. The only thing the inspector has to do is turn the lights on and off when instructed. It runs on adjustable steel guide rails. The vertical and horizontal movements are driven by stepper motors. It uses a CCD camera to capture the light beam. It also has a TFT touch screen for showing the captured image, instructions, results, etc.
